Battle of the Bands

We were so impressed by all of the talent we saw from bands auditioning for the battle of the bands! Portland music has a bright future.

We are pleased to announce that KITTIN, SLOTHS, Stand Back!, and Color Crash will be playing at our 3rd annual battle of the bands. Congrats, and THANK YOU to all the bands that auditioned!

The battle of the bands will be at Backspace on February 25th and is FREE. Expect to hear more soon!

Battle of the Bands Applications Now Available

Applications are now being accepted for the 3rd Annual Music in the Schools Battle of the Bands!

This is an opportunity for high school bands to showcase their talent at a professional venue in front of 300+ people, including music industry professionals, and win awesome prizes, such as the opportunity to perform at a MITS benefit concert and recording hours at The Vault.

Applications can be submitted online and must be received by January 3rd, 2011.
